It takes choosing new thoughts that will propel you toward what you want most instead of away from it…even if you don’t believe them at first.
Believing new, empowering thoughts takes time, patience, and an unwavering desire to create the life you want most, no matter what.
It takes thinking, feeling, and acting from new future-focused thoughts instead of old past-focused thoughts.
So decide in this moment to choose thoughts that will inspire and empower you to feel new energy and take action toward what you want most.

Read them often. Speak them every day.
