Hi, I’m Kelli!
It’s great to meet you, and I’m so glad you’re here.
After years of struggling and looking for anything to fix me, I took my mental, emotional, and physical health into my own hands, got accurate diagnoses (finally!), and went on the journey to heal, recover, and thrive using mindfulness, self-compassion, functional health, ancestral lifestyle practices, and cleaning up my thinking. Best combination ever.
In other words, there’s more than one path up the mountain, and the journey to the top must be autonomous, align with our core values, and lead to our own personally gratifying outcomes. I have climbed the mountain on my own terms, and the view is breathtaking. It can be for you too!
I’m a professor turned certified coach with expertise in mental and emotional health, ADHD, anxiety, emotional eating, stress, and burnout.
I have a doctorate in Counselor Education and Supervision and have trained counselors for over twenty-five years. I am also a Certified Life and Weight Coach, an ADAPT Certified Functional Health Coach, and a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach.
In my private coaching practice, I help women with ADHD and anxiety discover ways to manage their minds and calm their nervous systems so they can make informed, aligned, grounded choices and decisions and create the life they want most.
When I’m not coaching or teaching, you will find me hanging out with my awesome family, which includes our furry four-legged friends, reading, crocheting, gardening (when it’s not winter!), cooking, and creating playlists on Spotify. I love music! I also love really dark chocolate with sea salt. Life is amazing. It can be for you too! I hope you’ll join me.
